Guest directors from NYT will work with Baldock School students to devise and perform an original production based around the history of the area. Dates and times are: Wed 22nd and Thurs 23rd October 3:30 - 6:30, Sat 25th October 10-5:30pm, Mon 27th Oct - Sat 1st 10-5:30pm, culminating in a performance in the Town Hall theatre. For children aged 13-18.
Cathy Owen is an Actress/Director/Writer. She studied English & Drama at UEA. As an Associate Artist for the National Youth Theatre, she has directed various devised productions:Shakespeare-in-the-Square; Deptford Tales; Brierley Hill, ID1000, Kent. She is also one of their regular Course Directors and works for the Young Offenders Program and Creative Learning team. As an Actress,her theatre credits include: The Last Valentine; A Cheap Maid in Cheapside (Almeida); Edwina (BAC/Stadsteater, Stockholm); Silent Engine (Pentabus TC, Edinburgh fringe first winner) Macbeth (Ludlow festival) TV inc: Crown Prosecutor; Casualty (BBC). Cathy has just finished performing with Clean Break in Chloe Moss’s new play This Wide Night (Soho Theatre). she is currently writing her first novel.
Lukas Angelini trained as an actor in Zurich, Switzerland. Lukas is co-founder of the London based Theatre Training Initiative, which promotes ongoing physical training for actors and performers. He works regularly for the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain as an Associate Artist and directed various community projects for them. He appeared on stage for a variety of different companies in Switzerland (Fasson Theater Zurich, Klara Theaterproduktionen Basel), Germany (Theater Schwarzlicht, Freiburg i.B) and the UK (Group K, Company 333 and others). He currently is a member of Apocryphal Theatre London and performs in their on-going productions.

The Box Office will be open for ticket collection (and buying in person - cash/cheque) from Monday 13th October onwards from 11am - 1.30pm and 6 - 8 pm and thereafter from Fri 17th two hours before each performance.
Please note: Uncollected tickets will be released 15 minutes before the start of each performance.
